About Karen L.

Blessed to call Kauaʻi home for more than 31 years, I have had the privilege of serving our island community as a full-time REALTOR® and top-producing real estate professional for nearly three decades. I am a graduate of the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa with a B.A. in Psychology and am a REALTOR® Broker with eXp Realty⁠.

Before joining eXp Realty, I was the Owner and Principal Broker of Aloha Island Properties, assisting clients with residential, condominium, vacant land, and subdivision sales throughout Kauaʻi. My business has always been built on relationships, and I am grateful that much of my work comes from referrals and repeat clients whom I have had the honor of serving over the years.

I have been fortunate to serve as Past President of the Kauaʻi Board of REALTORS® and to receive recognitions including REALTOR® Associate of the Year and Best of Kauaʻi honors. I have also been recognized statewide by Hawaiʻi Business Magazine as one of eXp Realty’s Top Performers in Real Estate for multiple years.
